The documents page offers information about all PDF, Microsoft, Excel and PowerPoint documents on the website, divided into internal and external categories.

Internal documents are documents that contain the domain name. For example: www.siteimprove.co.uk/maps.pdf on the SiteImprove website.

External documents are documents that do not contain the internal domain name. For example: http://www.planningportal.com/maps.pdf on the SiteImprove website.

A full list of all documents under a specific file type can be viewed by selecting the document type in the sub header tab, or a list divided into internal and external documents can be viewed by clicking the links within the table.

By clicking on one of the links in the table a full list is displayed. Below is an example for internal PDF documents:

The table offers information including the URL of the document, the size of the document, the status, the number of links to this document on the website and the last time the document was modified.

Additional information includes specific details of the referring page(s) on the website and a log of all checks that have been made as part of the SiteCheck service.
