The function described below is accessible via second level tabs when viewing individual pages, as described in the Page Statistics section.

The Referrers section displays information about where visitors to the page came from. 

User sessions with a referrer 

SiteAnalyze records the URL that the user was referred from when accessing the site. Search engine referrals are recorded with the specific search term that the user used.

User sessions with No referrer

No referrer appears in these circumstances:

• When a user has a page on your site as his/her start page when the browser opens.
• When a user types the URL of a page on your site directly into the browser's address bar.
• When the user access the site using a bookmark or the browser history.
• When the user follows a link to your site from an external email client (such as Outlook or Thunderbird).
