'Apart from being easy to use, all the products provided by Siteimprove are competitively priced.  We have decreased our costs by at least 50% by switching to Siteimprove for accessibility, link-checking, spell-checking and site statistics.  We have also been able to add website uptime monitoring at no extra cost.  Something we did not have before.'

Guiseppina Valenzia, Tandridge District Council

'SiteCheck is a boon for managing our website. The automated checks are allowing us to identify and work through broken links, spelling errors, and accessibility problems.  Regular updates mean that once we have dealt with a problem we can ensure that errors do not creep back into the site.  Where machine testing alone is not enough the tool also flags up areas for manual testing.'

Julian Martin, Hambleton District Council

'We use Siteimprove products extensively as do the other organizations in our partnership. We continue to be impressed by the high quality and competitive pricing provided by SiteImprove.'

'We find the Site Analyze service very useful for analysing traffic on various sections of the council website and we find the page-group tool very useful for reporting on subsections of our sites. The reporting tool provides a very useful facility to produce reports sent directly to section heads email accounts once a month. This saves the web team time from having to compile this information manually'.

Richard Scales, Worthing Borough Council

'Since purchasing SiteAnalyze we are now able to report on usage of the site in many detailed ways. As well as providing statistical information on general usage, we can also report on a User's Country, Browser, Resolution, Operating system and most importantly.....which search engine referred them to flintshire.gov.uk
In summary, this package will provide a long term solution in increasing site usage by identifying the key components that make up a User experience.'

Luke Tagg, Flintshire County Council

'SiteAnalyze is a solid, well thought out web application that offers information on virtually all aspects of our sites. Where it comes into its own however, is looking at real-time user journeys and reporting on what people are searching for. This is genuinely useful information that helps drive the content and direction of our sites, and gives us a real insight into our audience.'

Government Offices – RCU Regional Co-Ordination Unit

'After many months struggling with various web server stats packages of one sort or another we eventually came across the SiteImprove system. Originally we had been informed that, because we employ a content management system, it would be very difficult to determine stats for specific sections of our website as the CMS allocates unique ids to each page.

It was a great relief to find out that SiteImprove were willing to take on this challenge and, in collaboration with our CMS provider, they managed to get a reporting system up and running in a matter of a couple of weeks.

This has enabled us to automate the reporting of web stats to different departments in our organisation and to automate the publication of these stats on our site.

Subsequently the Gloucestershire Electronic Partnership implemented a countywide, hosted search solution provided by an external company and covering all 7 local authorities in Gloucestershire. SiteImprove were again able to work with this company to provide us with some extremely useful search statistics.

Overall SiteImprove have demonstrated an impressive ability to integrate their reporting tools with third party products with the minimum off fuss. They have also been able to provide us with information from our sites that is both meaningful and easy to use and access. All of this has been provided at a very reasonable cost.'

Dave Pennington, Cotswold District Council
